Located Centrally to Everything in the Coachella Valley
Montage is centrally located along the Gerald Ford Drive Corridor, five minutes to the I-10, ten minutes to Palm Springs International Airport with easy access to shopping on North Palm Canyon in Palm Springs or El Paseo in Palm Desert. The area boasts major entertainment venues hosting national events, nationally prominent museums, and cultural facilities, and world-renown architecture. The world-renown Indian Wells Tennis Garden and 160 golf courses are located within 30 minutes of Montage, including courses that annually host major PGA and LPGA tour events.
Homeowners Association Membership
The Homeowner’s Association was created to manage the business affairs of the Montage neighborhood and ensure that the property values and quality of life for all Montage homeowners would be protected and enhanced. The Board of Directors are volunteers from the community who devote their time to conduct the business of the HOA (day-to-day operations, budget development, long-range planning, etc.) and represent the interests of members through the enforcement of the Bylaws and CC&Rs.
